Simona Nocciolini graduated with full marks at the University of Florence with a final thesis on private law (“Anticipatory Breach of Contract” – Supervisor Professor Giuseppe Conte) and she then specialized at the School of Specialization for the Legal Professions of the University of Florence with a final paper on banking/bankruptcy law (“The dissolution of the banking contracts in the composition with creditors” – Supervisor Professor Francesco D'Angelo).
She took the bar exam in the 2016/2017 session and gained initial professional experience at the Nocciolini-Pasquini Law Firm in Arezzo, operating mainly in the field of civil law, with a focus on contractual matters, civil liability, accidents, debt collections and executions.
She has been collaborating with the Firm since May 2020, mainly dealing with civil, commercial, bankruptcy, and banking litigation, as well as with the judicial and extrajudicial recovery of bank credits subject to large securitization transactions, mostly NPL and UTP.
